Here are the awesome placement stats of my seniors. Real and genuine one !!!... Many people get biased that IITD has least placement stats of around 8lpa. But in reality the reverse happens here. The avg gross was 30lpa, the lowest being 17lpa and highest 44lpa.
One common reasoning to it. Only 20 students are taken by IITD each year. So all get placed in day 1 itself. Obviously you would get more package than other iit students. In top 5 iits companies going almost remains the same. So don't get biased by anyone's words. After 2 years of Mtech at IITD check your package with your fellow mates and then thank me later !!!

Are these in-hand salaries or the CTC offered?
ReplyDeleteMost of them are CTC but some are Gross as some companies keep their Gross and CTC the same and some don't. Here in job descriptions companies use some term like gross and base salary interchangeably.
